Erik's journey into multifamily real estate began as a Limited Partner on a 96-unit Class A community in Georgia, acquired for $10.1M in 2024. That first deal — and the passive cash flow and tax advantages it delivered — reshaped how he thought about wealth building.

Inspired by what was possible on the LP side, Erik launched REX Legacy Capital to step into the General Partner operator role. The mission: give other high-earning professionals, business owners, and accredited investors the same access to institutional multifamily — with an operator who is invested alongside them on every deal.
